SAHIL MALHOTRA
Sahil is an Indian Chartered Accountant with almost 14 years of extensive experience in Transfer Pricing (“TP”) and international tax advisory, including more than a decade of experience with a leading Big Four.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- His professional expertise spans complex TP advisory matters, including transfer pricing planning, policy design and structuring, documentation, litigation support, and controversy management.
- Over the course of his career, he has advised several Fortune 500 companies and multinational enterprise (“MNE”) groups across diverse sectors including logistics, healthcare, auto ancillaries, consumer products, and other sectors, with clients headquartered in the US, GCC, Europe, and other global jurisdictions.
- He has significant experience in managing end-to-end TP compliances engagements for inbound multinational groups in accordance with Indian TP regulations, including preparation and management of master files, local files, TP documentation, Country -by-Country (“CbC”) reporting compliances.
- He has also managed global TP Compliance projects for MNE Group with presence across 50+ countries based on Action Plan 13 of the OECD Guidelines including global Master File, TP documentation and benchmarking studies
- He has actively worked on unilateral and bilateral Advance Pricing Agreements (“APAs”)
- He has also worked in TP litigation matters in India, including coordination with Counsels for Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and High Court matters involving Transfer Pricing adjustments
- In addition, Sahil is actively engaged in conducting seminars and webinars on TP matters and related compliances
